Dr Brown cares greatly for the pets

Best place ever. I highly recommend. They are so caring and sweet. They took such good care of my Bailey. Great doctor, great staff.

The staff is very nice and Dr. Brown is fantastic. She listens and even after exam if you have a concern she will look into it. Would definitely recommend this facility to everyone and the prices are reasonable even in this times we are living in where everything is so expensive and steadily going up. Kudos to Dr. Brown!!

I dropped my doggie off for her yearly checkup and the gal Cassidy was very rude to me but I let it go I gave her a note to give the Dr for the Doctor to call me regarding a few issues with my dog Dr Brown didnt call it was one of her staff members ..I told the girl my concerns sane as we’re on my letter she left this morning and she said it could be allergies I said yes but have the Doctor check her out and let me know how was expecting a phone call from the Doctor about my concern but she still didn’t call me . The next call was your dog us ready for pickup I went immediately to get my dog and when I got there the gal Cassidy informed me it would be 277. I ask why is it so much more then last year she rudely told me they gave my dog an allergy shot without getting my permission or even telling me they gave cost before hand . So I paid my bill and then was rudely ask if o wanted a receipt I replied yes please Cassidy handed me my receipt and paperwork I was trying to get my dog on her leash and I said to my doggie tgat she was very rude Cassidy came back up front informed me she was not I told her yes she was and as I was walking out the door I was looking at my paperwork and there is no rabies tag on my paper fir my dog but I paid for it so I went back to the desk her she comes again saying now what I ask where is my dogs rabies tag At I didn’t get it she rudely took the paperwork out of my hand and gave me the other paperwork either her rabies tag .. I use to use Dr Revels for many years and never had any issues with no one in his office and he would call you back ..I called that office back at 12:15 today ask to speak to Dr Brown abd Cassidy informed me when she got time she would call me I called back st 5 pm left a recorded message I never received my call from Dr Brown 1st you don’t give a dog a 100.dollar shot or do nothing without calling the owner and discussing the situation with the owner that is bad practice.a good way to loose customers or patients.. after sll our dog is like are Family .. I can’t say enough has to how disappointed we are with the service with got at Rapides Animal Clinic .. if you are not a people person and caring font get a job dealing with the public this gal attitude is ridiculous and unacceptable..and the Dr Brown should call the owner of a pet when the owner ask for a call don’t ignore your pets owners ..Thus us the worst experience we have dealt with in a medical professional clinic..so before you decide to give a animal a expensive shot or whatever you need to make sure the owner is aware of the cost ..people today live on budgets extra cost up a hardship on people Shane on this Clinic for doing this to us … and by the way I’m starting waiting on my phone call from Dr Brown
